I agree, all qualified citizens (you said voters, but they can't be qualified if they haven't registered) get the opportunity to register AND the opportunity to vote.

You are really being racist when you imply that black voters are dangerous sex offenders and only whites do not commit dangerous sex offenses.

I don't care what color a person is. If they are a sexual deviate and commit dangerous sex offenses then they should not be allowed to vote. No if, ands or buts.
