Vi deflationary effect on USD <> falling USD, it's actually rising USD, strong dollar policy = falling POG. Increase liquidity (money supply) not offset by drop in economy & stock market. Decline in global economies = rising USD. Inflationary effect on USD (falling USD) = rising POG.

One scenario: deflationary USD offset by monetary aggregates = rising POG.
