There was a lot going on.

No doubt.

I don't question the fact that protecting the forces was goal no. 1 at the time.

I simply think that perhaps some though might have been given to protecting some of this global heritage.

I don't know the facts, but I have not heard anyone say that there was a plan in place to protect some of the antiquities in the Baghdad Museum. Perhaps it was not feasible, I don't know.

I can tell from the tone oof your messages that you haven't a clue, either.

If you read my posts on the issue you'll see that all I'm saying is this: It's a shame.

I don't want to get into some stupid debate with a fellow right-winger who's apparently out in left field.
