This is reporting with a script, nearly as obvious as Al Jazeera.

Is the radio version simply the TV transmitted over radio?

I like the more informed interviews, the wider scope of political opinion (no pretention that left ends with Clinton), and a more detached view.

I've grown tired of the US media. They all seem, increasingly, to be taken with the Fox model offering three cheers for right wing patriotism before any news bit. ABC appears to have the least of it though too much for me. Good things show up ever so often: the interviews with the military types on PBS were worth waiting for; anytime Brzenzski appears is worth the wait. But with those few exceptions, it's either boring (yet another commentary from Baghdad from Jon Lee Carroll, for instance) or narrow opinion.
