Anyway, it's not usually competitors who are being killed (that would be too hard and too costly), it's the unwary, the feeble and those with valuable assets. Again supported by the present circumstance where the US waited over 10 years for sanctions to work before mounting an overwhelming assault on an oil-rich nation prevented by the sanctions from properly arming and defending itself.
