Excellent suggestions re security. I've been using ZA and also have the MSFT one enabled but my guess is that it really does nothing.

Occasionally, when I have a problem with a site, I disable the ZA. I pass the tests at ShieldsUp with the MSFT firewall but I am able to do things like ordering products on line that I can't when ZA is enabled.

One way I'd improve ZA is to have better explanations of sites and subprograms that ZA asks you to approve. Perhaps there is a website that explains these things. Often times, I approve because I probably triggered it. For example, it will ask if I want to use quicken through the web and I know I'm using quicken.
