Well, significantly less, like .5%-1% (of o/s shares) max per annum. I think they could do this by limiting options grants to just their top 10% employees. Why is it that everyone gets options? If an employee is just average, then they are replaceable. So they should receive options. JMHO. Of course, I'm not as suspetible to the lure of options, because I work at a consulting company and receive all of my compensation through salary and bonuses. But, I'm familiar with these programs through several of our clients and it seems to me that they should be more frugal with options grants.
