Emile, "Libelous charge of "Hitler Youth" Libel can occur if I accuse you of a crime or a even a moral misdeed. For instance, calling you a jerk would not be libel. It would merely be my opinion. Referring to your politics as similar to Hitler Youth would not be libelous. At best "Hitler Youth" is an insult not an accusation. GJ called me an idiot. Same thing. I suspect you've had some choice words for George Bush, be relieved to know that you can't be sued for generic insults. Regards
