Bush's name is used in another context here but the implication still seems clear--Bush admin using goebbel tactics to fool the american people. I didnt say anything in the above is anti-semetic. He might just have easily talked about the USSR propaganda machine as he did the nazis. I am not naive and know all about spin, but not amused about the association that Thomas made. Goebbels is a particularly odious figure and I guess some think Bush is as well. That is upsetting. Mike

You don't know Thomas M. He is virulently anti-Semitic. On other threads he compares Bush to Hitler. He also argues that Jews secretly hate Christians and spit on their graves. He and I got into on another thread. I'll post a link to what I said, and if you want to see what Thomas M. thinks follow the links, you may find it interesting. The context is that Thomas M. argues that Israel Shahak is one of the few honest Jews because he tells the truth that Jews hide. Message 16081343 He is a Chomskyist. Sounds reasonable to begin with, but eventually the entire weight of it is revealed.
