conspiracy amongst the coalition forces to commit some grand criminal scheme. If there was not a criminal motive in this war, then a few more months of inspection wouldn't have mattered. It only mattered if the "coalition" knew that the reasons stated for the war would be exposed as false if inspections were thorough. That leaves only the reasons unstated, all of which point to money one way or the other. That's about as big a criminal conspiracy as you can get. TP
