HI BGR, As a white male, who's 16 years of a large corporation employment experience(GM)coincided with the peak timeliness of this concept,I can only say Equal is subject to your viewpoint.gg It was extremely unfair from the White Male viewpoint.I owe a lot of my current wealth to it - as it became apparent that the opportunities at the top where very few. This awareness enabled me to focus on the retail side of the car business.A side much more demanding and rewarding,but it required leaving the fur lined rut of corporate America. All in all - it was a greata learning experience.I am quite appreciative of GM for their excellent training. I have deep sympathy for those who stuck out a life long career - hoping for equality,as I believe it is not in the cards. JMHO Bob
