I am not making this up. I heard a buzzing sound just now. Same as that buzzing sound I heard before. Exactly the same. I know I'm not imagining it, because I heard it plain as day this time.

Do you hear it?

Who says "cheaters never win"?

No one charged Nixon with any crime when he cheated on his taxes his first year as President (to the tune of more than $500,000 in fraudulent deductions)... but his White House tax lawyer served time for the felony... and the next year they charged the VP Agnew with tax evasion (but not bribery or extortion, you'll note) for a much lesser amount.
