That is not what I see, BGR. I'm sure some here can offer their opinions.

There is no reason for Oracle to have entire depts of indians located in Redwood Shores. Its not like indians are better candidates for these jobs- they might be equally qualified vs. the locals in the area, at which point you would expect a division of maybe 30% indians. But thats not what you have at oracle, it just isn't.

In other areas, like the applied materials IT dept, there are 30 staffers and all but the secretary are indian. You know what I think? I think the director of the dept is hiring his friends, which are also indian. Not really a problem for me, if the same diversity laws apply to me (basically, none)- but they don't. I as a white person am not allowed to hire an entire dept of my white friends.
