you just want to go to war with everybody so you can relentlessly pound your chest and destroy the economy in the process.

So, you're the authority on what I want? Did I say anything at all about the potential or the desirability of war with Syria? No, I didn't. Nor have I pounded my chest.

Oh, and BTW, George Bush did not "destroy the economy". The bubble, pumped up by your Silly Valley idols and their Wall Street touts, did that. And when it tried to struggle back, four hijacked jets knocked it down again. And if you think US foreign and national security policies should take a back seat to you getting your next consulting gig, then your priorities are seriously screwed up.

As for the "diplomacy disaster," the only disaster was Chiraq's blunder in reneging on 1441 and then promising to veto ANY resolution that MIGHT be taken as UN authorization of force.

PS: If you know why no new resolution came to a vote, you know one of Chiraq's boneheaded moves.

>>Bush can't present himself like a diplomat.

Neither could Teddy Roosevelt or Harry Truman.
