First, you've got to realize that Robert Barry and his like are "agents pollueurs", that is, "agents pollutants"... It's a particularly toxic kind of agent provocateur. Indeed, the agenda of an agent pollueur is not so much to prompt his/her opponents into offensive remarks and name-calling as it is to befoul the whole thread altogether --regardless of how other posters react....
