"9/11............15 of 19 Saudi.....fact" Fact - they were trained & funded directly through OBL's network outside of Saudi Arabia. They may have been intentionally selected by OBL to create a break in the working relationship between Saudi Arabia & the US. "Bin Laden.......saudi..............fact" Fact - OBL was tossed from Saudi Arabia for advocating the ouster of the Saudi royal family. 'POS Royal Saudi princess funded living expenses for hijacker.....fact" Not a fact. That is an unsubstantiated allegation. And the allegation is that she passed money on to a third party who was to give it to needy Saudi's for living expenses. It's alleged some of this money helped fund the hijackers..... without her knowledge, so she claims. "Wahabbi clerics originators of Bin Laden's hatred for America....fact" Not a fact. It may have played a part, but it is not the widely accepted reason. American colonists in Saudi Arabia used to practice a form of racial apartheid against Saudi citizens. The colonists were brought there by Aramco to develop the fields and key aspects of Saudi infrastructure needed to take advantage of the oil. The profits of these ventures were mostly for Aramco, and secondarily for the royal family. When the exploited Arab workers striked to protest racism and poor working conditions, Aramco executives sometimes relied on the authorities to repress them with violence. This is the background to the popular interpretation one hears about how Osama bin Laden's hatred of America was formed. This interpretation says that the decisive break occurred when American troops did not leave Saudia Arabia after the Gulf War, becoming infidel occupiers in the holy land. Rumor - reports in the tabloids that bin Laden's hatred of America began when he was rejected by an American woman as an unsatisfactory lover "with underdeveloped sexual organs. "Saudi Govt. Backs Wahabbis 100% while they preach death to America all day, every day." Not a Fact. That's akin to saying 100% of Republicans support Bush & his 24/7 warmongering ways. Not even close to being true. You actually had one point with merit, but you chose gross exaggeration over fact. The House of Saud relies on US military support for their continued power, but disaffection from the wahabis that put them into place is severe. Combined with the entrenched corruption of the ruling elite and growing disaffection resulting from a dramatic economic downturn, Saudi Arabia in many ways resembles the Soviet Union under Gorbachev. "Of all of our allies in the world. Only 1 country hasn't made a single arrest in relation to 9/11....guess who...Saudi Arabia.......fact" Every country in the world that is our ally has not made an arrest in relation to 9/11. Again gross exaggeration. Not even close to being a fact. Man the anti-Bush crowd wouldn't know a fact if it came up & slapped them in the face.
