Richard: Hello again. Hope all is well with you. I have been pretty much sitting on the sidelines on the market of late. I am wondering what your take is on the hospital reits. I understand that Medicaid will be cutting their schedules and that this may put several in quite a bind. I have been looking at HT, NHI, NHR, all paying nice dividends currently.
