OOF!

Maybe they can get away with Haidabux. Go have coffee there everyday you are in town.

Scooter,

This sounds like Starbucks PR isn't doing it's job very well. Bullying a tiny entity that doesn't represent a credible threat is a losing strategy. All the Haidabucks people have to do is get the press, and a good lawyer to take Starbuck on for free. It's hard to imagine a savy marketing firm like Starbucks would go after this one.

This is a classic David and Goliath gig....get in front of a jury and you'll lose almost every time.

The opening argument I would use is as follows.

Altair19: Phuck you, you
Altair19: You phucking bastard guys
Altair19: How can you sue a company that is less than one one thousanth of your size you phucking guys!
Altair19: I am going to sue YOU!
Starbucks: Your honor..I object!
His Honor: Objection overruled....

...and so it goes.
