Apex has been strange for a very long time...beginning with its association with George Soros for so very many years and not doing anything then either.

I suspect there are some benefits in being associated on the management level with Apex that aren't apparent
to us plebecites.

This thing is such an OLD "silver story" the maggots feeding on it are older than Methusela--
to put it in the worlds of the article you proferred:

keeping the company in its unusual operational limbo

which brings me to the second quote in that story which I reeeeeally loved--in fact I laughed outloud!!!...
:
[President] Kaplan believes disinvestment in the silver market is now over and that its leverage relative to gold is by a factor of three or four

Just three teensy weensie little problems with that false bravado bullpuckey utterance...
1) "disinvestment in silver market"...is just a measurement of ONE MAN's assessment the degree of
dispersal of physical silver among the great unwashed...
2) the utterance is from a presides over a NON-producing silver company... who has to tell his P'Oed shareholders
SOMETHING
3) Apex's competition is POURing out the silver in huge quantities as more base metals are ramping up production...

and the 4th is a freebie...
4) just how is bringing 850 million PLUS ounces online supposed to help support silver prices?

Where DO these brilliant CEO's come from---Cracker Jack Mining School graduates?
