Any of your kids inherited your zaniness yet?

Both of our boys love to clown around.

They also like to write stories.
Little Anthony doesn't even now how to read yet though he's
written a story. It usually requires a lot of help with
spelling. As in every single word. But the passion seems
to be there. He has very neat hand writing and draws
nicely.

Kevin likes to write too. It seems the weirder, the
better. Even when he colors in his pictures he purposely
does it to be a bit different. At first I thought it was
just poor color coordination or whatever. But many times
he has reasons as to why certain things are particular
colors. "Daddy, your face is bright red in the picture
because the dog just pooped in the basement again and
chewed up your third pair of slippers."

The dude loves to read too. Constantly has a book
with him in the car. Must have gotten that from his
mother. I have terrible reading comprehension. I don't
think I've read more than a handful of fiction books.

Has Margaret developed her "stand up" routine yet?

Not yet but I'll tell you one thing that little girl loves
to laugh. There is nothing in this world as fun to listen
to as a baby's giggle.

...jeesh... sorry about that. Ask a parent about his kids
and you'll be lucky to get less than a thousand words... <g>

ah Yeah.... that would be an affirmative.

The middle guy, is the biggest clown in the house. He has his fathers natural affinity for what's funny plus the fact that he is the middle child so it's his "job" really.
He has his first ever T-ball game today and has already explained and demonstrated just what he will do when the ball comes near him. I'm not sure that catching it was part of his theatrical explanation but I'm sure he knows that is part of the game.
