A weak central government I agree that this is an inadequate description of any of the organising policies that I mentioned. What I meant but didn't say is that the branches of government are weakened leaving the executive supreme instead of having power sharing between judiciary or legilative (or any other branch). Any power sharing is with the corporate arena. I succomed to the temptation of a slicker slogan than clarity. TP
