Yes, I am sorry to say, there is enormous resentment towards Bush, which quite often translates into resentment for the US. I am sad to see this happen.

I don't know... I think Bush is HATED in Europe and much of the world. I mean really hated. I've never lived at a time where the world felt the way they do currently about the US president.
