I agree but waiting for a lawsuit to come through is a tough prospect in the sense it is like being at a table stakes game and guessing who has more money in their pocket. Unfortunately, it's sometimes the amount of justice you can afford. Despite that, I agree that XTRN is a good gamble at this point. Tiny loss from here and possible 10-20 bagger if they win. My original point was that they don't seem to be doing anything else and they are not taking advantage of the current climate, e.g. SARS.
