On the CNBC Power Poll, even though biased toward the better off american audience, more people favored 0 tax cut than the 726 billion of Bush's proposal. Fortunately for Bush the only part of the budget he really cares about is the 350 bill. for didivend exclusion, but unfortunately for Bush that is the part that the majority of americans don't want!
