No, I had thought that NATO had the authority to undertake the war. I was incorrect.....that has changed my opinion.

That's what I like -- a man of principle. The war was okay if NATO approved, not okay if NATO didn't -- REGARDLESS of the reason for it.


I had thought there was a provision in the treaty that allowed for NATO to take police action when there was instability in the region. In fact, the provision requires that a member nation be attacked before such action can be taken.
