Look into Interactive Brokers. I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure they have something like this. I don't do that kind of thing, so I may be wrong.

You can buy or drop any stock as often as you like, or change %'s of stocks at anytime. Not sure it allows you to actually go in and sell like a regular stock. I think they do their buys and sells twice a day, at set times, giving you ample time each day to buy, sell, make changes and etc....go to their site and check it out and let me know what you think about it.
