Joe, re: IPSU no idea but it's clear they had to procure an inventory first of all. At slightly more than 10m out and more than 60% insider+institutionally owned, your 3m figure looks pretty much correct.. I predict a rather good current quarter for IPSU. They should be able to capitalize on good refining margins and maybe also of first fruits from their downstream initiatives.. Combined effects should be seen in expanding Gross margins.. best rgrds CROSSY
