After a brutal session of bombing of Baghdad, Sadam Heusain'e doctor calls a meeting of all the Sadam look-a-likes at the hospital. There are over 300 look-a-likes in the large hall. The doctor says, "May I have your attention, everyone ? I have good news and bad news. " "The good news is that our dear Sadam has survived the bombing. He is in a room just down the hall and is doing very well" Everyone cheers and claps their hands. "The bad news is that he has lost an arm."
