It's possible that SH, sons & company left the country long before the coalition arrived. He had plenty of warning. He would have been stupid to stay. Using doubles and videos helped to keep his troops fighting for a little while, but they fell apart pretty fast and that's probably because there was nobody above them giving orders. They all left the country in plenty of time too.
