It is outrageous. A reverse split will not resolve anything. It's a shell game.

There is no way csco can go back with this many shares out, and more being dumped into the public float all the time.

Too far gone.

Lizzie why would i buy csco with its 7 billion shares when i can buy a solid new ipo co that has a growth rate 4.5 times that of CSCO, no debt, and which has a total of 12 million shares issued and only 5 million in the public float?

Only a complete moron would buy csco these days with all the other options available.
