Have you tried finding the info for yourself? Canada never said that. They were referring to Iraqis captured in the middle-east. I'm sure you know that Canada has ships patrolling the Gulf helping to patrol the area against unfriendly forces.

I thought it was kind of dickish myself. I mean....even if you think we're 100% wrong for going to war and totally suck in general we certainly are better than Saddam. Anyone who would imply less has no scope of reality
