Bankruptcy is great? a property owner i know had a gal appear before judge to throw her out for nonpayment of rent. she handed judge her bankruptcy papers...

area bankruptcy judge reduces $750 debt to $125 i think and he will receive 5 bucks a month..... for 25 months and she is relieved of the debt.

she has started paying rent again, however, her renewal comes up soon and guess what my friend will do?
