Didn't know about it
Was it for looting? or self defense ?

If it was for looting it confirms what I said : soldiers are not police and things might get out of hand,
We rather have the Iraqis Police and Soldiers fending for Law and Order.

If an Iraqi kills a looter it is normal, but if a Simper Fide does it , they will say he killed and murdered a Muslim Brother

I saw a BBC report the other night covering the looting. It consisted of civilians pulling a dozen AKs out of a car trunk, then firing at any vehicle that appeared to have goods in it. With the amount of people on the streets, there was no way in hell innocent people didn't get caught in the crossfire. Bullets were bouncing off everything. Yet, not one mention of any injuries or deaths from this recklessness. Only when the 'evil Amerikans' kill people does it become newsworthy..gg
