So you think the US will break international trade rules and export Iraq oil illegally, shielding it from lawful international debtors?

Yes.

The UN has a chance to vote to lift sanctions and France and Russia can as an offer of goodwill to the new Iraqi government offer to forgive the debts that the tyrant piled up. But no more funny business by France or Russia or will will proceed unilaterally.

At this point it's up to the Axis of weasels to change things if they want to save the UN.
