i think the kurds will take the north. then, turkey will fight the kurds. i think the shiites will take the south- i don't know what their relationship will be with iran. the shiites may fight each other. i don't know if the sunnis will be massacred or have west baghdad. i am not sure what u s will do. u s soldiers will be sniped at. u s may decide to back certain groups and remove vast majority of its troops. russians, muslims may get involved. perhaps some muslim countries may not want this- and may seek not to piss off u s. but, u s may not pose a threat- as europe, u n, peace movement, media, dems, arabs, muslims others may bring pressure to bare on u s and argue u s didn't help iraqis- and assault was not a great success.
