I don't know if AMR (NYSE:AMR - News) will make it, but it's staying off the "Do Not Resuscitate" list for the moment. Charter Communications (NasdaqNM:CHTR - News) keeps staying alive, although that one seems like it is more smoke and mirrors, it hasn't had to file.
