I have a slightly different take on things right now.

While a US dollar recovery to 105 and gold testing lows is a possibility, Mr. Market may think otherwise.

I'm seeing solid bids on my gold and silver indicator stocks that we haven't seen in quite some time. I think we see a steady rise in oil prices and a slow leaking of the dollar in the days ahead. This will put upward pressure on gold and a slow rise.

It may be gold making new highs that bursts the real estate bubble rather than the other way around. Maybe even silver will see some movement!

Claude:

glad to see we are in agreement (mostly). I am in good company. I think Mer is a good proxy for the market and if it is headed down you should do well.
