Oh! I dunno, it's a dream...Cynicism and the unpatriotic behavior of Canadians come directly from the top, so Western alienation always gets stronger whenever government increases their power over us poor (taxed to death) citizens. Since we can't vote the bastards out (power is tilted in favour of the East) a separatist act (...like opting out of the constitution) from the West will only happen if there's renewed nationalisation of the private sector. Other than that, this country will continue to die in slomo. Regards, Frank P.
