Real world evidence? 1%? .01%? In how many Nasdaq 100 companies? In how many DOW companies? In how many SP500 companies has this happened?

Not to even mention the process to get your candidate actually on the ballot.

I'll tell you right now. A group of us on SI (about 10, probably held about 100 thousand shares of ET) tried to get the excesses reigned in 3 years ago. We got stonewalled at every turn. Even by the SEC.
