I'd guess the only way chirac can demonstrate he is not the enemy is to provide active information that reveals WMD. Else the only reason chirac wants in is to destroy evidence.

I believe the chance of that is none to not a chance.

Any speech given at that meeting by any American official should BEGIN with the simple statement that 115 Americans died in an Iraqi war-because Chirac stabbed the civilized world in the back.

In fact, that should be the ENTIRETY of any speech given at the meeting by any American official...
