as to the bullishness....the epiphany occurred in mid march upon the realization that crude prices would continue to fall and stablize...

not to say that there aren't potential landmines to dodge<g>, but point in fact is that we have basically put the u.s. in control of the second largest oil reserve in the world...and i will be shocked and awed if we squander this opporutunity to use our position for the greatest possible economic benefit. i think we will demonstrate to the iraqi people that selling their oil in us $$$ as opposed to euros will be much to their advantage.

bottom line is the the concrete highway still means more to the us economy than the information highway ...at least until we can all say beam me up, scotty. <g>
