well dummy mckee, The socialist leader of Italy at the time assured the President that Abbas would be procecuted and in that they had jurisdiction over the crime scene President Reagan allowed the Italians to take custody.

President Reagan had no reason to suspect the Italian Prime Minister at that time was like you a habitual liar.
