That is an excellent idea .... some in the company have been pressing for such things before, of course ... around mid-'99 i had a conversation with two of their reps, regarding more and better info being made available in their trading platform .... which they've since changed at least twice, and which still doesn't have much more to it, in fact i could see no appreciable benefit at all to one of the changes, quite the opposite, it was just a pain in the ass to change over, nothing better at all ..... most recent one was marginally better, but it still won't even update your buy power mid-day following sales .... at that time, '99, they were wildly busy and expanding beyond their capacity, it was just before the peak of the bubble, so they had no time to make rational design, that's understandable ... but now is different, capacity and utilisation smoothed out pretty much, they could apply some vision How about if we made up a thread letter that somebody could email to the Bay Street Brain Trust et al? .... something we could all sign as interested parties .... we're just some backwater on the net, but we're likely representative of tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands .... what would we include in something like that? ... brevity is the soul of wit, they say .... ars longa, vita brevis
