Incentive Stock Options (ISOs) is the term commonly used to mean tax-Qualified Stock Options. Cisco "approved the granting of merit-based stock options". Cisco *did not* grant ISOs. #reply-18837068

And FYI, while stock shares are issued, option shares are granted. (Not to be confused with the options issue, of course. <g>)
