Twice already, the US troops fired at Iraqis who were demonstrating. Twice already, the US troops fired at Iraqis who were shooting at them. If anything, our grunts are too cautious. I give it about two weeks, and posters here will be hollering "Quagmire!"

If Blair was smart enough Robin Cook has been proven a dork of the first order. He has been wrong on just about everything, never mind other aspects of his political career. Anyway.. moving on.. Report: At least 25% of Americans have real lives. news.bbc.co.uk unlike me of course :-)
