The obvious way to avoid this, is to let Blix and the UN teams back in. Evidence they find will be trusted. But we're not allowing that. More unilateralism, leading to more distrust of the US, and more isolation for us.

Jacob, we're simply attempting to do what Blix failed to do, that's all.

It's like the U.N., they did nothing for 12 years so we had to.

Blix failed, so now we have to do it.

What makes you believe that the U.N. or Blix are inherently more "trustworthy" than independent scientists from different nations that we propose to use ?

I see nothing inherently "trustworthy" in any recent U.N actions.
