if it's good enough for VC's calculating equity valuatoin in A or B round financing, That course discusses the pros and cons of this approach, which is quite a bit different than "VC's calculating equity valuations in A or B round financing" don't you agree? None of the big VCs use black scholes to value private deals, it doesn't work for private companies, which is why the syllabus for the course says.... "The negotiation of the terms-and-conditions of the deal, as well as its pricing,* prove challenging."*
