They report every Tuesday evening after the bell.

You want to go back to 1994 thru 1997 to get a good feel for the history of the weekly CB report and you will find it is a more accurate pulse on a primary bull wave up vs. II.

In 94 and well into 1995, II was pervasively Bearish and hence was a huge lag before it caught on to the Bull rally.

Now it is the reverse.

II has been pervasively Bullish and hence you can get no accurate read since they refused for the most part to stay bearish beyond a few weeks.
