Thomas,
You obviously hate Israel and want the US to withdraw support.

If you will agree Israel has nuclear weapons then why would anyone want to try to eliminate them? Sounds like a stupid plan that hasn't been thought out doesn't it?

Steve

What choice did the Palestinians have?

As long as you refuse to call for the punishment of the Israeli hijackers who preceded and motivated the Achille Lauro event, you are nothing more than a hypocrite and a shill for Israel.

Your position on this is downright insane. The guy is a murdered and a terrorist. He ought to shot. And you want him to walk.

You have made maybe two of the most stupid posts I've seen on this thread -- worse than even Al & ted -- which is saying a lot.

Simple, the choice not to hijack that ship, and the choice not to shoot Klinghoffer.

As long as you refuse to call for the punishment of the Israeli hijackers who preceded and motivated the Achille Lauro event, you are nothing more than a hypocrite and a shill for Israel.

What Israeli hijackers? What the hell are you talking about?

Also assuming there was a similar act by Israelis then I would support punishment for them as well. But even if I was silent about it there would be nothing hypocritical about things. To see one bad thing and condemn it does not mean you have to spend your time condemning all bad things at all times. To call for punishment for one crime doesn't mean that you have to know of and call for punishment for all crimes committed by all people at all times.

Abu Abbas is a murderer and should pay for his crime. If some peace accord keeps him from paying for his crime then so be it but it's nothing to cheer about.
