Dennis, Saw an interview with a MSF guy on CBC yesterday, I think it was, and he wasn't too keen on having the UN in charge of much in Iraq. He based his objection to UN's behaviour in Angola where he said it was too concentrated on political aspect of the mission rather than relief.

He also said MSF was well into Iraq and doing its evaluations.

The UN honcho who came on behind him was not well pleased.
